S\u0131n\u0131flardan kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, hatta liselerde 21 ayr\u0131 dersin i\u00e7inden se\u00e7ilmek durumunda b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin uzmanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n hi\u00e7bir alanda tan\u0131nmam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funa da de\u011finen K\u00d6K, Bakanl\u0131k b\u00fcnyesinde Bili\u015fim Teknolojileri\u00a0 \u00f6\u011fretmeni olmayan \u00f6\u011fretmenler\u00a0 100 saatlik kurslarla e\u011fitilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Hatta s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011fretmenleri ve okul \u00f6ncesi \u00f6\u011fretmenleri bile Bili\u015fim Teknolojileri rehber (format\u00f6r) \u00f6\u011fretmen yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Yani 4 y\u0131ll\u0131k e\u011fitimle (Baz\u0131 yerlerde haz\u0131rl\u0131kla beraber 5 y\u0131ld\u0131r) kazan\u0131lan yeterlilik, 100 saatlik formalite bir kursla verilen sertifika ile format\u00f6rl\u00fck hakk\u0131 farkl\u0131 bran\u015ftaki \u00f6\u011fretmenlere de sa\u011flan\u0131yor. \u00d6yle ki, Halk E\u011fitim kurslar\u0131nda bile Bili\u015fim Teknolojileri \u00f6\u011fretmenlerine\u00a0 \u00f6ncelik verilmemekte, farkl\u0131 referans\u0131 olanlar, bu \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7erek\u00a0 g\u00f6revlendirilmektedirler.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Okuduklar\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmde 8 d\u00f6nemde yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 farkl\u0131 ders alarak mezun olmu\u015f bili\u015fim \u00f6\u011fretmenlerine \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir kontenjan verildi\u011fini, ancak bu durumu d\u00fczeltmeye y\u00f6nelik bir ad\u0131m at\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi her \u00fcniversitede bili\u015fim \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden K\u00d6K, Fatih Projesinde bile g\u00f6revlendirilen \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin 3\u2019 te 1\u2019 i Bili\u015fim Teknoloji alan\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00d6nergesinde derslerin se\u00e7meli olmas\u0131 nedeniyle \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin norm kadro, re\u2019sen atama, ek ders gibi sorunlarla bo\u011fu\u015ftu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen K\u00d6K,\u00a0 \u201coysa ki T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Bili\u015fim ve internet kullan\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n daha bilin\u00e7li ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 yap\u0131labilmesi, \u00f6\u011frenci ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlere ve t\u00fcm topluma bili\u015fim teknolojilerinin daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde \u00f6\u011fretilmesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131, teknolojiyi t\u00fcketen de\u011fil, \u00fcreten, daha bilin\u00e7li bir nesil yeti\u015ftirilmesi gerekiyor. Kore bunun en g\u00fczel \u00f6rne\u011fi. 1980\u2019lerin ba\u015f\u0131nda bizim milli gelirimiz 481 dolar iken G\u00fcney Kore\u2019nin 275 dolard\u0131. H\u00fck\u00fcmetin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda 8 derslik ve \u00fczeri okullara 29.428 bili\u015fim s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 kuruldu\u011fu ve bili\u015fim s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 oran\u0131n\u0131n % 95\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u015fu anda ise\u00a0 s\u0131n\u0131f say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 33.000 civar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu ifade edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bununla birlikte okullarda \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin bu kaynaklar\u0131 kendi ba\u015flar\u0131na kullanamayacaklar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, okullarda hem bu \u00f6\u011fretmenlere rehberlik etmek, hem Bili\u015fim Teknolojileri ile ilgili dersleri y\u00fcr\u00fctmek \u00fczere \u00dcniversitelerin Bilgisayar ve \u00d6\u011fretim Teknolojileri E\u011fitimi\u00a0 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde Bili\u015fim Teknoloji \u00d6\u011fretmenleri yeti\u015ftirilmeye ba\u015flan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn hala 77 farkl\u0131 \u00fcniversitede Bilgisayar ve \u00d6\u011fretim Teknolojileri \u00d6\u011fretmenli\u011fi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc faaliyet g\u00f6stermekte, binlerce \u00f6\u011fretmen mezun edilmektedir. Ancak Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu \u00f6\u011fretmenleri atamamaktad\u0131r.
