Se\u00e7im Kurulu bu itiraz\u0131 hakl\u0131 bulmu\u015f ve t\u00fcm afi\u015flerin toplat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve olu\u015fan maddi zarar\u0131n Belediye taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6denmesine karar vermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>CHP Antalya \u0130l Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Semih Esen konuyla ilgili olarak:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;CHP Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z Say\u0131n Kemal K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu&#8217;nun Antalya&#8217;da yapaca\u011f\u0131 mitinglere ili\u015fkin yasal \u00e7er\u00e7evede as\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 afi\u015flerini, cumartesi sabah\u0131 05:00&#8217;da apar topar indirten Menderes T\u00fcrel, kendi yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131 afi\u015fleriyle hukuku bir kez daha yok sayd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu bilinmeli ki T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti, demokratik bir hukuk devletidir.
